SMS & Text Messaging Policy

Prospyr Medical ("Prospyr," "we," "us," or "our") offers SMS and text messaging services to customers of businesses that use the Prospyr platform. This SMS Policy describes how text messaging works when you interact with a business powered by Prospyr.

What Messages You May Receive

If you opt in, you may receive text messages in two categories:

Appointment & Service Messages (Customer Care)
Appointment reminders, booking confirmations, schedule changes, and service notifications related to your appointments.

Promotional Messages (Marketing)
Special offers, discounts, event invitations, seasonal greetings, and other promotional content from the business you booked with.

How You Opt In

SMS consent is collected during the online booking process. Two separate, optional checkboxes — unchecked by default — allow you to choose which types of messages you'd like to receive:

• One checkbox for appointment and customer care messages
• One checkbox for marketing and promotional messages

Consent is not a condition of booking, purchasing, or receiving any service. You may complete your booking without opting in to any text messages.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. Appointment-related messages are sent based on your appointment activity (e.g., confirmations, reminders, changes). Marketing messages are sent periodically and frequency varies by business.

Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan.

How to Opt Out

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. You will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Your Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. Your mobile phone number, SMS consent status, and related information:

• Are not shared, sold, rented, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes
• Are used solely for the messaging purposes you consented to
• Are stored securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy

Only the specific business you booked with (and Prospyr as the platform provider) will use your phone number to send the messages you opted in to receive.

Supported Carriers

SMS messaging is supported on all major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
