This release adds GFE status indicators to help staff quickly see patient Good Faith Exam progress without switching between systems, and improves how new leads are set up for marketing.

Highlights

• GFE Status Tags: Staff can now see at a glance whether a patient has completed, started, or needs to complete their Good Faith Exam (GFE) through Qualiphy integration. (#6467, PRO-5306)
  • GFE status appears as colored tags next to patient names throughout the system
  • No more switching back and forth between Prospyr and Qualiphy to check completion status
  • Helps front desk staff quickly identify which patients need GFE follow-up

Improvements

• New Lead Marketing Setup: New leads from external sources are now automatically opted in for email and SMS marketing by default, ensuring you don’t miss opportunities to nurture potential patients. (#6471)
  • Leads will automatically receive your marketing campaigns unless they opt out
  • Saves time from manually enabling marketing for each new lead
  • Helps maximize conversion from lead generation sources

Bug Fixes

• No-Show Fee Processing: Fixed how no-show fees are handled to ensure invoices remain properly trackable and collectible. (#6451)
  • No-show fee invoices now stay active for payment collection
  • Balances display correctly when fees are applied or overridden
  • Improves accuracy of outstanding payment tracking
