This release improves online booking reliability, fixes document delivery issues, and enhances the receipt sending experience with better loading states.

Highlights

  • Fixed Document Delivery: Pre-care and post-care documents now send reliably when scheduled, eliminating the frustrating ‘pending’ status that never cleared (#6758, SUP-2848)
    • Documents automatically send at the correct time without getting stuck
    • Manual ‘Send Now’ button works properly and updates status correctly
    • Patients receive their treatment instructions as expected

  • Marketer Storefront Access: Staff with the Marketer role can now fully manage storefront settings when given permission (#6762, SUP-2877)

  • Fixed Telehealth Link Duplicates: Patients now receive only one telehealth meeting link per appointment instead of multiple conflicting links (#6752)
