This release adds a new photo deletion permission setting, fixes membership display issues on booking pages, and ensures workflow emails use your custom FROM name and address.

- Photo Deletion Permissions You can now control which staff roles are allowed to delete patient photos, with options to require manager approval or block deletion entirely. (#6818, SUP-2911)
- Configure photo deletion permissions in Settings → Workspace Configuration → Custom Permissions
- Set roles to require manager PIN entry before deleting photos
- Completely restrict photo deletion for certain staff roles if needed
Bug Fixes
- Booking Page Memberships Fixed an issue where memberships weren’t showing up on your patient booking pages even when properly configured. (#6834, #6833, SUP-2965)
- Memberships now display correctly on your public booking page
- Product ordering in booking page settings now works as expected
- Changes to membership and product ordering are immediately reflected on your live booking page
- Workflow Email Addresses Fixed workflow emails to properly use your custom FROM name and email address instead of defaulting to system addresses. (#6832, SUP-2966)
- Workflow emails now send from the name and address you configured in the workflow builder
- Emails will show your practice branding instead of generic system addresses
- Custom email addresses are verified before use, with automatic fallback to system addresses if needed
