v1.7.75

Released on May 4, 2026

This release brings a new patient record export tool, several fixes to keep your front desk running smoothly, and improvements to appointment scheduling accuracy and consent forms.

Highlights

  • UI UpdateExport Full Patient Records You can now request a complete export of a patient’s records directly from their profile. This is especially useful for compliance requests, patient transfers, or when a patient asks for a copy of their history.
    • Request a full record export from the patient’s profile page
    • The export packages up the patient’s documents, consents, and relevant records into a downloadable file
    • Saves significant time compared to manually gathering records from multiple sections

Improvements

  • Early AccessRequest access →Scriptsure Prescriptions Improvements The Scriptsure prescribing integration has been updated with several usability improvements, making it smoother to search for drugs, find pharmacies, and send prescriptions from within the patient chart.
    • Drug search and pharmacy lookup are faster and more reliable
    • Prescribing workflows inside the patient chart are more consistent
    • Available to practices using the Scriptsure prescriptions integration
  • UI UpdateSSO Login Now Opens in a Popup When staff log in using Single Sign-On (SSO), the login process now opens in a small popup window instead of redirecting the entire page. This makes the sign-in experience feel faster and less disruptive.
    • SSO login completes in a popup rather than navigating away from the app
    • After signing in, you’re returned to where you left off automatically
    • Reduces confusion from being redirected to an external login page mid-workflow
  • Appointment Reminders Sent at the Right Time Appointment reminders will now only go out after an appointment has been fully confirmed, preventing patients from receiving reminder messages for appointments that were still being set up.
    • Reminders are no longer triggered for appointments that haven’t been finalized yet
    • Patients receive communication at the appropriate stage of their booking
    • Reduces confusion from premature or duplicate reminder messages
  • More Accurate Provider Utilization Reports Provider utilization tracking now correctly accounts for alternate and default schedules, so your reports will reflect actual availability more accurately — including single-day schedule changes.
    • Alternate provider schedules (including single-day changes) are now correctly applied when calculating utilization
    • Reports that previously showed gaps or incorrect availability will now be more accurate
    • Historical utilization data will be refreshed automatically after this update

Bug Fixes

  • Consent Forms Rendering for Spanish-Language Patients Consent forms were crashing and failing to display for patients whose preferred language is set to Spanish. This has been resolved — forms now render correctly regardless of the patient’s language setting.
    • Consent forms with name, signature, and date fields now display properly for all patients
    • Spanish-language patients can complete forms without encountering an error screen
    • No changes needed to your existing consent form templates
  • Patient Tag Dropdown Now Visible The dropdown for adding tags to a patient profile was being hidden behind other elements on the page. It now appears correctly so staff can easily tag patients without workarounds.
    • The patient tag dropdown is now fully visible when adding or editing tags on a patient record
    • No more need to scroll or reposition the screen to access the tag options
    • Affects the patient profile page tag management area
  • Instagram Posting and Disconnecting Fixed Several issues with the Instagram social media integration have been resolved — including the inability to disconnect an Instagram account and failures that prevented posts from publishing correctly.
    • You can now disconnect an Instagram account from your social media settings without errors
    • Posts scheduled through Prospyr now publish to Instagram as expected
    • Affects practices using the social media posting features
  • Patient Portal Login Fixed on Mobile The patient portal login page had display issues on phones and tablets — the logo wasn’t showing and some links were overlapping. The page now looks and works correctly across all device sizes.
    • The practice logo now appears correctly on the patient portal login screen for mobile visitors
    • Footer links no longer overlap or obscure other content on smaller screens
    • Patients accessing the portal on their phone or tablet will have a cleaner experience
