v1.7.82

Released on May 11, 2026

This release brings improvements to provider offboarding, prescription workflows, invoice handling, and lead form tracking — helping your team manage transitions, reduce billing errors, and capture more accurate marketing data.

Highlights

  • Early AccessRequest access → UI UpdateProvider Offboarding: Bulk Appointment Transfer When deactivating a provider, you can now review and reassign all of their upcoming appointments in one place — no more updating them one by one. A redesigned full-screen modal lets you filter by status, select appointments in bulk, and transfer them to another provider in a single action.
    • Open the provider’s profile and use the updated deactivation flow to launch the appointment review screen
    • Filter appointments by status, select all or individually, and choose a replacement provider to transfer them to
    • All transfers happen at once, saving significant time when offboarding busy providers
  • UI UpdateInvoice Totals Error Now Blocks Submission If the invoice total fails to calculate correctly, the Save, Pay Now, and Update buttons are now clearly disabled and a friendly message explains what happened — preventing accidental submissions with wrong amounts.
    • A clear error card appears in the Checkout Summary when totals can’t be calculated, replacing confusing blank or zeroed-out amounts
    • Submit buttons turn grey and are disabled until totals successfully recalculate — hover over them to see a helpful status message
    • A ‘Retry calculation’ button lets staff recover without leaving the invoice or refreshing the page

New Features

  • UI UpdateConversation Attachments in Media Type When categorizing photos or files in a patient’s record, you can now select ‘Conversation Attachment’ as a media type — making it easier to organize files that were shared during patient communications.
    • Look for the new ‘Conversation Attachment’ option in the Media Type dropdown when saving or editing a photo or file
    • Helps keep patient records organized by distinguishing shared files from clinical photos
    • Available in the patient photo drawer and photo details configuration
  • Lead Forms Now Capture Ad Click IDs Your embedded lead forms now automatically capture click tracking codes from Google, Meta, Microsoft, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X/Twitter ads — so your marketing team gets the data they need for ad attribution and conversion tracking without any additional setup.
    • No changes needed on your end — click IDs are captured automatically when a prospective patient fills out a lead form after clicking an ad
    • Works alongside existing UTM parameter tracking already in place
    • Helps connect ad spend to actual bookings and consultations for more accurate ROI reporting

Improvements

  • Waitlist Messaging Updates Waitlist broadcast messages and texts have been improved to show the correct appointment duration and include a clearer call-to-action link, so patients get more accurate and actionable notifications.
    • Broadcast messages now display the duration of the rescheduled appointment rather than the waitlist slot duration
    • SMS messages now include a direct link so patients can easily claim their slot
    • The broadcast modal is now scrollable, making it easier to review long lists of waitlisted patients
  • AI Agent Conversation Viewer Fixed Messages in the AI Agent conversations view were appearing blank even though conversations were happening. This is now fixed — all AI and patient messages display correctly.
    • Go to Settings → AI Agent → Conversations tab to review AI-handled conversations
    • Both the conversation list previews and full message threads now show the correct content
    • Search and filtering within conversations also works correctly again

Bug Fixes

  • Mobile Invoice Line Items Display Correctly On mobile devices, invoice and quote line items were displaying in the wrong format. Items now correctly appear as cards on small screens and as a table on larger screens, and print previews always use the proper table layout.
    • Viewing quotes or invoices on a phone now shows a clean card layout for each line item
    • Printing an invoice from any device correctly uses the full table format
    • No action needed — the fix applies automatically
  • Quote Deposit Tax Calculation Fixed When saving an invoice as a quote with a full-payment deposit, the deposit amount was being calculated incorrectly due to a tax rate error. Deposit amounts on quotes now reflect the correct totals including tax.
    • Affects quotes set up with a full-payment deposit requirement
    • The corrected calculation ensures patients are charged the right deposit amount at checkout
    • No changes needed — quotes created going forward will use the correct math
  • Early AccessRequest access →Finix Card-Present Payments Now Supported Clinics using Finix with a card-present device can now process in-person payments correctly through the standard invoice payment flow.
    • Card-present payments through Finix terminals now complete successfully when processing from an invoice
    • Partial payments no longer incorrectly trigger post-payment follow-up events
    • No changes needed to your payment setup — this works with your existing Finix configuration
