This release fixes several patient communication and data display issues, including incorrect appointment reminder timing and display problems with patient profiles and discounts.

Improvements

• AI Note Dates Fixed AI transcription notes now show the correct date based on your clinic’s timezone instead of showing tomorrow’s date for West Coast practices. (#6844, SUP-2961)
  • Notes created late in the day will show today’s date, not tomorrow’s
  • Applies to all AI-generated appointment notes
  • Automatically uses your workspace timezone settings

  • “1 day before” reminders now send exactly 1 day before appointments
