This release introduces a new waitlist feature that automatically notifies patients when appointment slots become available, plus fixes for media consent tags and booking page referral messaging.

Highlights

  • Patient Waitlist System Patients can now join a waitlist when your schedule is full, and they’ll automatically be notified via text and email when slots open up from cancellations. (#6810, #6749, #6751, #6753, #6768, #6769, #6770, #6771, #6772)
    • Patients see a waitlist option on your booking page when no appointments are available
    • When someone cancels, eligible waitlist patients get notified immediately with a link to book
    • Configure automatic notifications in Settings > Workspace Configuration > Waitlist
