This release improves your booking page display, fixes conversation management, and enhances fax notifications to keep your practice running smoothly.

Highlights

  • Better Booking Page Control: Your booking page now properly respects your navigation and display settings, showing only the services and memberships you want patients to see. (#6731, #6730, SUP-2857, SUP-2858)
    • Archived memberships no longer appear on your booking page
    • Package sections hide completely when you disable package navigation
    • Membership ordering now matches what you set in your storefront settings

New Features

  • Individual Fax Notifications: Each team member can now customize their own fax notification preferences instead of everyone getting the same alerts. (#6708)
    • Set your personal preferences for fax notifications in Settings → Notification Preferences
    • Choose to receive fax alerts via in-app notifications, email, or SMS
    • New team members are automatically subscribed to fax notifications by default
  • Duplicate Storefront Settings: Quickly create new booking pages by duplicating your existing storefront configuration and customizing from there. (#6727)
    • Find the duplicate option on your Storefront Settings page
    • Saves time when setting up multiple booking pages with similar settings
    • Copy all your navigation, ordering, and display preferences in one click

  • Cleaner Table Editing: The table editing menu in notes now only appears when you actually select table cells, not while you’re typing. (#6588, PRO-5264)
    • No more popup menus blocking your view while writing notes
    • Table tools still available in the toolbar when working with tables
    • Click cell borders or drag to select cells and bring up the editing menu

Bug Fixes

  • Conversation Auto-Archiving: Patient conversations no longer get incorrectly archived when they respond with ‘YES’ to your messages. (#6724, SUP-2787)
    • Conversations stay active when patients send affirmative responses
    • Appointment confirmations still work normally
    • No more need to manually reopen conversations that were closed too early
  • AI Booking Prices: The AI Web Agent now displays correct service prices in the booking widget instead of showing amounts that are too low. (#6725, PRO-5336)
    • Service prices show the right dollar amounts (e.g., $11 instead of $0.11)
    • Membership prices and credits also display correctly
    • Patients see accurate pricing when booking through the AI assistant
  • Package Creation: Fixed an issue where creating new service packages would fail due to a missing storefront availability setting. (#6723)
    • Package creation now works properly from the first try
    • All required fields are included in the package setup form
    • No more validation errors when setting up new packages
  • Invoice Calculations: Fixed discount amounts being incorrectly recalculated when adding gratuity to invoices after payment. (#6722, #6726)
