This release introduces a revamped Packages & Credits experience, improves inventory management, and fixes several issues across payments, purchase orders, and workflows.

Highlights

  • Redesigned Packages & Credits Pages The Packages section has been completely refreshed with a cleaner layout, better filtering, and a new detailed credits view so you can quickly see what’s been used and what’s remaining. (#5949, #5950, #5951, #6716, #6764)
    • View credit balances and redemption history at a glance from the Package Detail page
    • Filter and sort packages using saved filter presets for faster lookups
    • Cleaner, more intuitive page layout across the Packages section

Improvements

  • Better Inventory Filtering The Inventory page now has clearer filtering options and improved location-level transaction details, making it easier to track stock across locations. (#6787)
    • Filter by product, location, and transaction type more easily
    • Location transactions are labeled more clearly so you can see exactly what moved where
    • Faster navigation when managing inventory across multiple locations
  • Updated Default Payment Terminal New workspaces now default to the PAX A800 terminal, which is the current recommended hardware for card payments. (#6775)
    • Existing terminal settings are not affected
    • New locations start with the correct terminal out of the box

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed Membership Pricing on Booking Pages Membership billing frequency (monthly, yearly, etc.) now displays correctly on your storefront booking page. (#6773)
    • Patients see the accurate billing cycle when browsing membership options
    • No more mismatched pricing labels on your public booking page
  • Fixed Wallet Credit Balances in Patient Portal Patients now see correct credit quantities in their portal wallet instead of showing zero. (#6780)
    • Credit balances display the right amounts for all wallet items
    • Patients can confidently check their available credits before booking
  • Fixed Purchase Order Editing You can now edit quantities on existing purchase orders again. (#6783, PRO-5400)
    • Quantity fields are editable when updating an open purchase order
    • No more need to delete and recreate POs to adjust amounts
  • Fixed Workflow Settings Pagination Navigating between pages in Workflow Settings no longer resets to the first page while loading. (#6786, SUP-2915)
    • Page selection stays where you left it during loading
    • Smoother experience when reviewing long lists of workflows
  • Storefront Service Display Services on your booking page now display correctly without the storefront location selector, which only applies to products. (#6774, SUP-2884)
