v1.7.85

Released on May 13, 2026

This release fixes two notable issues affecting day-to-day operations: sending paperwork to patients is working again, and your practice’s logo will now appear correctly in all patient emails. A few smaller improvements are also included.

Highlights

  • Paperwork Sending Restored An error was preventing staff from manually sending paperwork to patients using the Actions menu. This has been resolved and the Send Paperwork flow is fully working again.
    • Go to a patient’s record, select Action → Send Paperwork — it will now complete without error
    • This was affecting multiple practices and blocking a key part of the intake workflow
    • No changes to how the feature works — everything looks and behaves the same as before
  • Practice Logo Fixed in Patient Emails If your practice recently updated its logo in workspace or location settings, the old logo was still showing up in patient emails — including pre- and post-care instructions. This is now fixed across all patient-facing communications.
    • Your current logo will now appear correctly in pre-care and post-care emails sent to patients
    • Also applies to invoice payment links, booking page links, gift card confirmations, document sends, and other patient messages
    • If you manage multiple locations, each location’s logo will now be used in messages sent from that location

New Features

  • Korean, Chinese & Russian on Forms Consent forms and intake paperwork can now be filled out and saved as PDFs in Korean, Chinese (Simplified), and Russian. Patient responses in these languages will display correctly on the generated PDF instead of showing blank or broken characters.
    • Patients who fill out forms in Korean, Chinese, or Russian will now see their responses rendered correctly on the PDF copy
    • This applies to consent forms and intake documents generated through Prospyr
    • No setup needed — the fonts are included automatically when a PDF is created

Improvements

  • UI UpdateSMS Campaigns Default to Marketing When creating a new SMS campaign, the “Campaign includes marketing” toggle is now enabled by default. This reduces the chance of accidentally sending a marketing message without the proper categorization, which can have compliance implications.
    • The marketing toggle will be pre-checked whenever you start a new SMS campaign
    • You can still turn it off manually if the campaign is not promotional in nature
    • Existing saved campaigns are not affected by this change
