v1.7.80

Released on May 8, 2026

This release fixes an issue where AI voice-recorded smart notes weren’t pulling in patient form data, and adds early groundwork for receiving Instagram direct messages in Prospyr.

Highlights

  • Voice Notes Now Include Form Data When providers use the AI voice recording feature to create a smart note, patient intake form responses (such as hormone consult forms or other custom forms) now appear correctly in the generated note — no more blank fields or duplicate manual notes.
    • Patient form responses are now automatically included when a smart note is created through AI voice recording
    • Providers no longer need to create a second note by hand to capture form information after a voice-recorded visit
    • This affects any smart note template that references patient form fields — the placeholders will now resolve correctly

New Features

  • Instagram DM Support (Coming Soon) Prospyr is building the foundation to receive and store Instagram direct messages from patients. This release puts the behind-the-scenes infrastructure in place — a full in-app experience will follow in upcoming updates.
    • Incoming Instagram direct messages will soon appear alongside your other patient conversations in Prospyr
    • No action is needed from your team at this time — this feature will be announced when it’s ready for use
    • This is part of a broader improvement to Meta (Facebook & Instagram) communication tools in the platform

Bug Fixes

  • AI Voice Notes Missing Form Information Patient intake form data (such as responses from custom consult forms) was not appearing in smart notes created through AI voice recording, forcing providers to manually re-enter information or create a second note. This has been resolved.
    • Form fields in voice-recorded smart notes will now populate automatically, just like they do when creating a note manually
    • Providers should no longer need to create two separate notes for visits that use voice recording
    • Existing smart note templates that reference form fields will work correctly going forward
